Mindbody API connection
GetGeri connects to your MindBody site through the official MindBody Public API. You approve the connection from your MindBody account with an activation code. Some features use a MindBody staff login you create for Geri, which we store encrypted. F45 and FS8 studios can usually connect in a few minutes.

Member data sync
GetGeri syncs client records, membership statuses, visit history, and class bookings from Mindbody. This data is used to personalise every AI conversation — for example, knowing a client attended their first class yesterday triggers the right follow-up message today.

Two-way AI conversation with new leads
When a new enquiry comes in — from a Meta ad, a web form, or a referral — Geri starts a genuine two-way SMS conversation within seconds. Geri reads each reply and responds in context, answering questions, handling objections, and booking the trial. These leads don't exist in Mindbody yet. Geri converts them. Geri only uses what she needs to personalise the conversation, and never sees full card or bank details.
